Rhino Hobby carbon filters feature a swappable bottom and duct coupler, and they should be turned around every 8-12 weeks to even out the wear, ensuring the filters last for their full 9-12 months expected lifespan.

The carbon filters in the Rhino Hobby range do not last as long as those in the Rhino Pro range. Typically, a Rhino Pro carbon filter will last 2 years or more, and the ends never need to be reversed.

A Rhino Pro carbon filter typically costs about 40-50% more than the equivalent Rhino Hobby carbon filter. Still, the Rhino Pro will last 100% longer, making it a much more economical choice in the long run.
